Chicago Marathon Training – Week 10

August 31, 2009

Mon – 5.99, 9:47 pace
Wed – 6.01, 9:06 pace including 6×200 intervals.
Thu – 4.00, 8:57 pace on a treadmill- middle 2 miles at 8:00 pace
Sat – 1.12 warmup and 3.10, 7:32 pace 5K
Sun – 6.3, 10:20 pace

Total miles for the week – 26.52.  This was a cutback week and the 5K I ran worked into my schedule perfectly.  Not much to report on this easy week.  Looking forward to a 20 miler this coming Sunday.
